While the white stuff has you trapped in the house and coming down with cabin fever and going through your favorite shows on Netflix like a bag of Lays...well...and going through a bag of Lays like a bag of Lays...how about getting into some art? Getting inspired to get into your favorite craft could be just the boost you need to cure the winter blues. Knit, play a few melodies on the piano, sing, or dance like it's summer. Studies show that doing something creative can calm the mind and help you look at things differently and spice things up! So after you've dove in the snow in your underwear, how about making a snowman, igloo or snow angel. Whatever you do, be it an adult coloring book, oil paint on canvas, poetry or Creative Suite 6, HAVE FUN!
