I view my talents as God given, and so I feel obligated and honored to share them with the world in part as a service.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides..."
This verse is the basis for Christian belief in outreach using one’s abilities, which they believe are given by God.
One such person who embodies this belief is Reverend James Skipper
Rev. James Skipper uses his abilities, networks and resources to help others by sending care packages through his up and coming street outreach program. The House of the Redeemed Church Outreach Ministry sends things out to 3rd world countries with the intentions of being a small help to others.
To spread the Gospel of Jesus the Christ, display the fruit and practice the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Assist with the development of the wholeness of the person being; body, spirit, and soul. Act accordingly to the needs of the sinners and saints without discrimination according to the word of God.
He had a vision for a logo that would symbolize what his congregation was founded on. He wanted to leave a lasting impression on the world so he enlisted my services.
I had the absolute pleasure and honor of being the artist Reverend James Skipper hired to bring his vision to life.
